Return Authorization is required in order to return merchandise. To obtain a return authorization number, please call 1.866.708.7088. Please have your order number available when contacting customer service. At that time, detailed instructions will be provided for your return.
Shipping Notes. Please be advised of the following:
- Freight charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.
- Purchaser must notify Paradise Gifts within 14 days from the date of purchase if the sandals need to be exchanged.
- Products must be in their original packaging and unworn.
- Replacements will not be sent out until your return has been received.
- Please allow 3-7 business days for all returns shipped.
